Leek microgreens are baby Leek plants that are young and harvested about 10-14 days after germination. They are extremely similar similar with Chives (look and taste) very strong oniony kick with a spicy peppery and grassy note.
Their wispy shape and delicate texture adds just a thread ofgreen colour to finished dishes. Use Leek mixed with other fresh herbs, suchas tarragon, chervil and parsley.
